RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ingrid Hayes Couture would like you to be happy with your purchase. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you must let us know within 3 days of receipt of product(s). You may request for an exchange, credit note or refund for the original purchase price by the discretion of Ingrid Hayes’ by contacting us below.
Return & exchange conditions
All product(s) must be returned in original condition with tags attached accompanied by original receipt. Product(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned; safely returned by a reputable carrier or registered mail at the expense of purchaser. Ingrid Hayes will not take responsibility for any packages not received.
Several types of product(s) are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
Hair accessories unfortunately are not refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Hats and headbands are not refunded or exchanged. These pieces are handmade and crafted in the studio. Please choose carefully or contact us with any enquiries. We would be happy to provide you service.
To complete, we require your original proof of purchase.
Once returned is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, with a a certain amount of days. Please allow 7-10 working days to process refunds.
Returned International exchanges
All duties or taxes may apply depending on value of order and the country you reside. All duties and taxes or other fees are paid by the purchaser.

Faulty or damaged
We take care reviewing all product(s) before being shipped to you. If the product(s) are faulty or damaged you may return the product(s) for an exchange or refund by contacting us below.
Please also include a receipt for the postage paid to enable refund of these cost.
To return, please email us so we may provide you an address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a reputable carrier with trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow 7-10 working days to process refunds, we will notify you by email once we processed your refund. For example, PayPal refunds to credit/ debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days.
